DO WE TAKE YOUR INSURANCE?

See below for a mostly accurate list of insurance panels for which we are considered “in-network” and that we accept. Keep in mind, insurance carriers can have many plans they offer, some of which include chiropractic coverage, some of which do not. Having insurance does not always guarantee coverage.

When you book your first appointment, you will be prompted to enter your insurance information. Please provide as much information as possible so we can more accurately estimate your coverage and collect co-pays. Keep in mind, there is NO GUARANTEE of benefits or coverage, regardless of what someone told you over the phone. We never truly know what portion will be covered or what you will owe until they pay us AFTER the fact. We know that’s frustrating, and wish it worked differently. If you prefer, you can always pay for the visit up front and we can provide you will a superbill to submit yourself. Some people see better results this way. If you do not see your insurance below, you may still have out of network coverage for chiropractic, or you may be surprised how affordable chiropractic healthcare can be without insurance!
